Sure wish it felt easier, but prayer is definitely a positive in my life.

Any time I can force myself to quiet down long enough to think more slowly, talk to God and try to focus on someone else I feel better after.

It’s easy to run from task to task, activity to activity. Not slowing down enough for prayer.
