Heard this one on a TV show the other day and had to share. Definitely some questionable lyrics in there, but the beat and chorus are fun.
This made me think of how tricky we make life some times and how a lot of the trickiness is self imposed.
Make an effort to simplify your life and focus on what is important.

Prayer.
Such a powerful mechanism for building peace and happiness in your life.
Regardless of what prayer means to you and regardless of religion, prayer has always been an important part of finding joy in this world.
I said a little prayer for you this morning.
Make it a great Friday.

In honor of New Year’s this weekend, I couldn’t resist sending this song out:
At least the video is hilarious…..
No Phrase That Pays this Week as I am the only one in the office and you don’t need more random quotes from me.
Have a safe and happy New Years.

A toe tapper and a Christmas song, you bet….
I know I sent this last year, but yesterday Meaghan reminded me that I should send it again.
Classic video too.
Check the date. 1984.

This one falls in the category of fun/funny:
Since that might not be everyone’s cup o’ tea, here is a more traditional Christmas song:
Merry Christmas

This one was recommended by Meaghan.
A big part of Christmas time is all the music.
It is amazing how music is such an important part of all the seasons of life, each with its own soundtrack.
Make it a great Friday.

Heard this one on Pandora and a smile popped up instantly.
Hopefully it does the same for you.

Maggie was singing this around the house last night so I thought it would send it out.
Short and sweet with a great message.
Tomorrow.
What a concept!
Jim Rohn talks about how amazed he is at the potential of a human life. I am too. When you think about what a person can accomplish over a lifetime, it is staggering.
Let’s fill our tomorrows up with becoming awesome. One tomorrow at a time.
Let’s make sure tomorrow is better than today.
Let’s make sure our tomorrows are taking us down the path to happiness.
No matter how good or bad today is, tomorrow can (and will be if you choose that) be better.
Don’t forget though, this is no excuse to let today slip by. Today is all you really have. We must use the possibilities of tomorrow to pull us through anything we may face today.
This is one of life’s interesting paradoxes. Truly happy people find a way to strike the balance between getting every ounce out of today while planning and growing for the long term.
Make it a great Friday.
