What does it cost me to be kind? A moment to smile instead of frown? A word of encouragement instead of criticism? Kindness will defuse anger, create optimism, or raise the spirits of someone else who may in turn be kind to someone else.

Today during our daily activities, look for opportunities to respond with kindness to those around us. It will make more of a difference than any of us can imagine.
