Sometimes I wonder if God came up with the caterpillar-butterfly thing just to teach us all some good life lessons.

Letting go of our old self is maybe the hardest part of change.

We kinda like our old self.

Our old self is comfortable and predictable.

But letting our old self go is required in order to change.

We can’t get to the other side without letting go of it.
