I really like quotes like this that break things down to a simple level.

In the midst of an election year and all of the grandiose and troublesome opportunities and problems facing our country and our world, if we could find a way to focus on helping someone, things would really begin to change.

We can all help someone.

And most of the people I know (this probably applies to you if you are reading this) have all kinds of opportunities to help more than one someone.

We can all help out by giving some money.

We can all help out by holding a door for someone.

We can all help someone.
