“People don’t change” is an excuse we all like to throw out from time to time.

I think this quote is more accurate. People change all the time. We just forget to let each other know.

We also don’t change on someone else’s schedule.

To steal a phrase from Jim Rohn – “Don’t ask me why, I wasn’t in on some of the early decisions”.

The only thing you get to change is you.
